Tasting Notes
Golden straw in color, this classic full-bodied Chardonnay showcases the remarkable depth and elegance of the Santa Lucia Highlands. Aromas of ripe pineapple, grilled peach, golden apple, Meyer lemon, and honeysuckle are complemented by delicate notes of jasmine and mango layered with orange blossom, vanilla bean, toasted brioche, and a touch of wet stone.
The palate is rich yet balanced, revealing layers of golden apple, juicy nectarine, lemon curd, and tropical mango accented by hints of toasted almond, and light brioche. Subtle notes of toasted hazelnut, sweet vanilla, and light baking spice are seamlessly integrated with bright citrus acidity and a refined mineral backbone. A silky texture is lifted by bright citrus-driven acidity leading to a long, elegant finish with lingering notes of stone fruit, citrus blossom, and refined French oak.
Pairing
Butter-poached lobster, seared scallops, grilled halibut, crab cakes, roasted chicken with herbs, creamy mushroom risotto, lobster mac and cheese, fettuccine Alfredo and pork tenderloin.

Shipping
Depending on demand, it typically takes us 1-2 days to process your order and have your wine sampler pack ready to ship to your doorstep. Once the box leaves our warehouse, the box should arrive at your home within 5–10 business days for U.S. locations.
Both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be 21+ years of age and be able to show ID upon delivery. We strongly suggest that you have the wine delivered to a place of business or to your nearest FedEx pick-up location to prevent the risk of multiple delivery attempts.
